Mailroom

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

CNU's mail department picks up and delivers mail twice daily to all departments, at all locations. We are equipped to handle most types of mail (i.e. registered mail, certified mail, return receipt and delivery confirmation) with the exception of UPS and FedEx. However, we can expedite USPS overnight mail.

We also can assist you with your bulk mailing (mail that consists of at least 200 pieces). For bulk mailing, we ask that you arrange the mailing in zip code order, from lowest to highest, prior to submission to our mail carrier. We also have the capability of weighing most packages to pre-determine the cost of mailing. If you have questions, please contact us at (757) 594-7935.

Our CNU mail room does not have any stock (i.e. stamps, envelopes, money orders or postcards). The Convenience Store in the David Student Union currently sells letter stamps. Additional items must be purchased from the United States Post Office.

There are four mail boxes on campus. Daily pick-up at these mail boxes is approximately 1p.m. They are located at:

1. Administration Building, 1st Floor
2. SunTrust Building, 3rd Floor
3. McMurrin Building, 1st Floor
4. Old Student Center, Lobby

Student Mail

All student mail is delivered to Mrs. Virginia Kirk, located in the David Student Union, room 272A, and it is then dispersed to the student mailboxes.
